Image to DataURL (Base64) Converter

Using the Image to Base64 Converter, images can be converted into base64 encoded strings and used directly in HTML and CSS files. The Base64 encoded Data String can also be used with Pushsafer's image parameters p, p2 & p3. GIF, JPG and PNG image files are supported.
