please check your pushsafer notification setting.
> Android Settings > Notifications / Apps > Pushsafer > Channels > check the channels that match your notification sound

you have the option to override do not disturb and other settings.

I had the same similar problem.
tunnel rush I checked the settings and it turns out the "Override Do Not Disturb" option was enabled. I turned it off, and now it seems to be working fine. Thanks

I've noticed that some of my notification sounds are default and some are app provided
dinosaur game. Is there a way to change notifications so that they're all app provided?

Normally you control your notification sound by the parameter s.
