Iphone Not receiving notifications sent to group via zapier

Hello, I need some help.

We have a group of devices setup on the API which is triggered by Zapier. When an the group is triggered, all the devices except 1 receive the notification.

I have tried to work out whats wrong. The device in question still received notifications sent on the API, including those sent just to it, and those sent to the group - it just doesnt work when the group is triggered by zapier.

Please could you assist, we use pushsafer for business critical functions.

I should add that the device is on iOS 14.5.1

i tested the zapier with pushsafer and all works fine.
Can you provide a screenshot from the pushsafer action part in your zap!

You have to enter a group id f.e. "gs23" like descriped in the api documentation to send a notification to a group of devices

Hi, thanks for your reply.

I can confirm that the zapier process is set to send to a group id, and all other devices in the group receive the notifcation, except 1.

you have added two groups

gs**77 = send a notification to 2 of your 4 added devices

gs**78 = send a notification to 4 of your 4 added devices

can you confirm that?

That isolated the problem to the one device then which is labelled as 'Darren'.

I'm wondering if this is due to the update in iOS.

We have tried removing and reinstalling the Pushsafer app - would this be some form of patch thats needed?

You can see the API LOG in your pushsafer dashboard!

Here you can check which devices (groups) the notifications were sent to.

Does the log match the sent messages in Zapier?
