callback not fired on new devices

Hello,

I started to use the service and overall it is quite good.

Now I'm automating the guest registration process, and there's a problem since we are not receiving the callback when the Guest pick up guest code in it's phone. The callback is fired when a device is manually deleted.
We have no way of moving on with the project because there's no way to relate the device to the user if the callback won't work. Can somebody help us to find what is going on?
