Windows 10 app not getting push notifications

Hello,
My pushsafer app on Windows 10 isn't receiving push notifications. I can refresh though.

It was working before I enabled my webroot dns-filter. I've white-listed pushsafer.com. Everything else is disallowed.

Is there any other addresses I should allow?

Hi Sam,

you can whitelist our ip addresses, you will find them here in the top right:
https://www.pushsafer.com/en/pushapi

But I don't think the problem is on Pushsafe's side.
Push-notifications itself comes from a microsoft server.

Try to whitelist the microsoft servers explained on this site:
