Can a guest register herself to multiple groups

Hi there,

Is it possible to allow guests to register to multiple groups? It is not possible for me to manually manage this from the back-end, i need the guest to be able to do this by herself.

If this is possible, how do i do this?

Hello,

yes, you can add one device to multible device groups in your pushsafer dashboard!

Open the desired group and mark the device you want to have in this group!

The guest can only add himself to one group! (guest id or qr code registration)

Thanks for the fast answer!!

Unfortunately i need the users to manage this themselves. This is for a school admin system where a parent can have kids in a couple of different classes (groups) and i do not know who they are in the back-end. So the dream solution would be if they could scan a QR code for each class they want to get notifications for.

Hi again,

i add this feature. Now you can register guest devices with predefined device name and one or more device groups.

Structure of registration string:

Code: Select all

guest ID|device name|device group 1,device group 2,device group 3

Separate the group ids by comma!
