[iOS] Support UTF8 for Cyrillic characters

Hi DenDeXTeR51,

good new i ihave fixed this issue. Now all characters are supported. By Push-Notification and also in the Client Apps.

P.S. Also it will be great if you can add Web-Push Notification to Safari browser!
