Broken background notification.

Please help.
I'm sorry, I can't speak English or German.

I can't run a notification in the background, and auto start.

Telephone: Ulefone Armor 6
Android v. 8.1.0
Pushsafer v. 2.2.2

1. Does the application not auto start.
2. Notifications work only when phone is on (not in background).
3. With parameter "s" sound, it works only when the app is running in memory.

The setting is tested in the picture, but it still doesn't work.

Hi again,

i add the option to force start the pushsafer app on receiving a push-notification at the device options!
Press the yellow pencil near your device, scroll down and switch force start on

Hi Kevin

I've done the setup and it still doesn't work.
The problem will also be common to other applications.
Background email notifications also don't.
Both notifications, email and pushsafer come together about 1 per hour.
Or it seems to be random.

what you mean with "Background email notifications"
eMail to Pushafer?

Do you get a notification or not?

How you want to send a notification? eMail or API!

Can you provide a script example, if you use the api!

This is a misunderstanding.
If I send a normal email, I will not receive a warning on it, or for a long time.

It has nothing to do with your application. This is a problem in setting up the phone that prevents any application from sending background notifications.

In this version of Android 8.1.0 I can't find an auto-start anywhere.
After restart, I start the application manually.
I tried other sounds and it's the same.

I have it enabled in the app, it's seen on the first picture I sent.
The application does not start.

I have read through various forums, this automatic startup problem is solved by other users with Android Oreo.
