Chrome Notification

Hello,
I try to use push notifcation for chrome, and he didn't work anymore. I check the firewall, I try on 3 computers and on different internet connection. The is the same.

I have unregister all the client, clear history and cache.
The problem persist.

What chrome version you use? On which operation system you work with chrome?
