I testing by using the "send message" from the account dashboard.
The messages are received by the phone, but there is no audible alert and it is only by specifically looking at the android app that it is evident the message has arrived. So that defeats the purpose of sending an alert!
media volume is up
app notification permissions have been checked
sound channels are switched on
Not sure what else I can do? It seems like just what I need, but I can't get it to work on the latest phones/android versions.
I gather this was supposed to be fixed in 3.6.1 I am running 3.6.2 on my Pixel 10 XL.
Any suggestions would be gratefully received as I would like to get this working.
