Camera app has updated and now my camera won't work. Can someone please help me figure it out?

Hello,

I purchased/downloaded the DBPower FC iOS app, but I am unable to connect to the C100E. The camera was working fine with the original app DBPower Pro, but I updated my phone and that app is no longer in the app store to download (hence I gave this app a try). I input the IP (I got the IP address logging into the router and checking what IP it assigned the C100E). For User and Password, I used the default that came with the camera (sticker/label) on the camera. When I try to connect to the camera, I get a "Error Camera isnt' reachable" message.
