Access administation of DBPower camera

this camera came with no details, user guide, or manual worth mentioning. I have no idea (keine Ahnung) how to access the camera administration. There is a DBPower.com website, but there is no "support" or "Downloads" tab. They want to sell cameras, period. So with that in mind, how do I access the "camera administration"? I've gone through all the modes on the camera, but there doesn't seem to be a Settings section.
