Hi
We have hundreds of ios devices in my company in different locations. So the maintenance is very important for our IT support team.
So I have some questions need your help.
1 how to get device info like serial number , native name and Mac address, ip address?
2. how to manage the device with more detailed information in the device list ? Thus we can find out which device is not functioning, which one to delete, which is in what location/office , etc.
3 how to export the device list into our database ?
4 is it possible to register a guest device using a url link?
5 if some of the features are not available, can you include them in your next release ?
My project is quite tight and I need a reply as soon as possible.
Thank you very much.

Re: Devices Mapping and Management
Serial number, native name and Mac address, IP address are private data and are not or cannot be read and made available by Pushsafer.
The easiest way to use and manage a device uniquely in another system is to give it a unique name or ID when registering and to save this name or ID in your system.
To do this, simply register all devices as guests with a predefined unique name and/or group:
Using a QR code
https://www.pushsafer.com/en/profile#guestdevice2
Using a URL scheme
pushsafer://guest:[GUESTID]|[UNIQUEDEVICENAME]|[GROUPID]
[GUESTID] = is your guest id > take a look in your Pushafer profile
[UNIQUEDEVICENAME] = your unique device name, to be able to identify the device in your system
[GROUPID] = optionally assign the device to a group
All 3 parameter are seperated by a pipe |
To automatically connect Pushsafer devices in your system, use the Pushsafer callback function. With this, all events such as registering devices, deleting them, sending messages are sent to a webhook, from where you can read and process the data.

Please also take a look at the pushsafer device api to read all registered devices:

I you have further questions, please feel free to ask!
Best Regards
