Link Guest Device with Account

I use PushSafer for the FireDepartment and they gived to us a Guest Device but i wanted to know if it was possible to connect my Guest Device to my Account to use it with IFTTT ?

Hi,

currently not, because at this time you can register a device to only one account.
But with the next server update i will fix this, so you can add an device to multiple accounts.
