Registering a Guest Client

After installing the Pushsafer client on an Android device I scanned the QR on my admin account. The new client shows the message "Please wait ..." After waiting ten minutes I uninstalled the client, reinstalled it, and repeated the guest registration process with the same resulting message.

Hello,

what device you have? What Android Version you installed.
Can you register your device on normal way with your login data?
