IFFT trigger runs few times then fails

I'm experimenting with IFTTT and setting up some IFTTT triggers using PushSafer

They run a couple of times, sometimes once, sometimes more but then stop working. I do try to send positive and negative triggers that should and should not trigger. But that seems obvious.

There isn't much logging I can check besides the IFTT activity tracker which I included as attachment from a failed attempt. Also added the trigger config.

Any advice?
Can you see more logging of what's going on?

to check what went wrong i need the request id or applet version id! Better is the request id.

Been trying to find this request ID that you are speaking of but so far unsuccessful.
Could you point me in the right direction please? Unable to find it.

These are my applet ID's but I'm also not sure if that's the same as an applet version ID.

Applet ID's: qDm3vUdf and JPNLx3uC

Tried few triggers with both positive & negative values and it seems to be working now.
Does no longer result in a faulty trigger.
