Notifications not working after last Android update

I just installed an update of Android in a Samsung Galaxy S21 and notifications stopped working, although I can see them in the Android App. In the App everything seems OK when clicking in "verify permissions" although when opening the App it wants to direct to setup permission to send push notifications. How can IU solve this problem?

The issue has been resolved and an update has been provided.

When Google has checked and published the update (usually takes 24 hours), the problem is resolved.

today 7sep 6h44 GMT , still no notifications ( no sound neither ) on android with app version 3.3.2 ( 'preferences' page 3.3.1 ). Notifications are visible in the list inside the app , but are not making a notification on the android phone UI nor sounds. This is since several days. What about lost number of notifications payed ? When would this working again ?

Also the new version 3.3.3 from 7.9.2023 does not provide any notifications.

Kevin, I reinstalled the App as suggested and still no notifications although the messages appear in the log. In the "App Notifications", I am also getting the same message as above saying that all notifications have been blocked and the toggle to enable them is grayed out, so they cannot be activated. Thanks

As of now , i reinstalled the app version 3.3.3 on Android One UI 5.1, but notifications still not working....and strange : in the Android menu 'app-notifications' list (All ) , 'Pushsafer' is not listed , could that be the reason of the bug inside the app !!
Update : it is listed , when 'system apps' are visible ,but the 'notifications' settings are always off, even if you try to put them 'on'
