BBCode and schemes

Hey Kevin... Hope you can help.. You said you have this working possibly and just wondering what i might be missing.

I am trying to send two LINKS in each push...
My link within the URL and URL Title parameter are working just fine.

URL = vlc://https://live.tone2txt.net/PGH
URL Title - Live Pittsburgh Audio

But I trying to place a link within the Message itself with bbcode and the same VLC scheme it link shows as a link but when i go to click it nothing happens..

Do you use ios or android? Which version is installed?
