certification error pushsafer

Hi, i have been using pushsafer for like a year now,
this month i have been having issue with cerification.
i use my software on a vps and when my app tried to run function to push notification. it has this error

so i opened IE on that virtual machine, and visit pushsafer.come, it says this.

This didn't happened before, it only happened now. I tried lots of stuff like changing time, clear cookies and cache. still not able to work around it.

on pushsafer site nothing was changed. The SSL Certificate works like it should. Tested with all browser (chrome, firefox, edge, opera ...)
Its been renewed on 2023-06-16 (the period is 3 months)!

Please check your system time!
