Hi,

I tried to configure and use the critical alert feature on IOS (so I get a notification alarm sound although the phone is in silent mode).

however, the App asks me to allow critical alarms in the settings, but I don't have that option in the IOS settings for the App (as it is displayed in the screenshot on the website for this)

If I send the critical alarm to my phone, I get a normal notification (silent) and only after opening the App it plays the critical alarm sound. But this obviously does not make sense anymore then...

Did IOS change anything, so it does not work anymore?
I use 15.5

please try to reinstall the app! That should solve the issue.

For me it doesn't work on my iPhone with IOS 17.1.2
I have pr set to 2 and I receive messages when my phone is not on DNT but when it is it's just silent.

Can I check something? We would like to use this function if possible.

Hi,

please check if "Critical Alerts" is activated in the in APP settings (top left gear button in the pushsafer app) and in the IOS Pushsafer APP Settings. Please take a look in the documentation:
