Device not receiving notification

I have a few devices and I've created a few device groups. The API log says message was sent but only one of the devices seems to receive the notification, the other not. If I send a notification for d=a (all), all the device receive the notification. Any clue?

Please send an email to the support with your code to send a notification with a group.
