Pushsafer add to Windows startup

I tried adding this exe to windows start up
"C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\46661Appzer.de.Pushsafer_2.8.1.0_x86__myzs4ba1nw18y\46661Appzer.de.Pushsafer.exe"
and it doesn't work, how can I have the pushsafer gui start on boot ?

please try the follow steps:
1. open explorer and enter shell:startup in the command line
2. open windows start menu and search the pushsafer
3. right click the pushsafer icon and add Pushsafer to your windows start page
4. now drag and drop this start icon to the startup folder
Now Pushsafer should start on windows login.

Einfacher gesagt dann getan...anyway I don't see what I can add to start up. I can't find anything useful on my c: drive.
You don't make it easy, there is nothing in Program Files. see below
