Your E-mail Aliases

Anyone else having problems with the Your E-mail Aliases From PushSafer.
Always worked well until a few days ago.
There is no notification that Email has not arrived, but no notification in the PushSafer app.

Hello,

do you get push-notifications on normal way? From Dashboard, API or main e-mail address!

Hi all,

I don't mean to muscle in, but I also have the same problem. I've never got it to work, but then I only created my account a few days ago.

Normal email and alias emails don't work, regardless of the mail address i send from (tried my work address, gmail, iCloud) and none get through - nothing to suggest the mail wasn't sent or received. No push notification on iOS, or entries found when in the app when i open it.

Test emails created using the portal and sent via methods above don't arrive.

API calls are working fine, so are portal messages, and URLs.

Any ideas? Is something broken somewhere?

Wish I would have found this post sooner... Can confirm this.
According to my API log having the same problem for some 3 days. But I've just notified the problem this morning. Until 7th of April morning everything was OK, since than Pushsafer stopped working. I did not make any change on my phone, it is pretty strange. API calls aren't decreasing.

What I've tried so far with no luck at all:
- clear Pushsafer cache / data
- uninstall / reinstall Pushsafer
- add a totally different device to my Pushsafer account
- deleting and re-adding the devices into my Pushsafer account

Strange, that sending message directly from Pushsafer website (Send a notification section) it is received.
But sending / forwarding any mail to my xxx@pushsafer.com and aliases fail. No error message, no push message.
Absolutely no idea.
