App Icon Red Number / Kennzeichenzähler

Hi,

using PushSafer on a iPhone 7 running iOS 13.3.1, I found, that the App Icon Red Number indicating new messages always either displays as "not there", if there are no new messages or "1" in case there is at least one new message. However, any subsequent message received without opening the app does not increase the counter. Counter gets reset from "1" to "not there" by opening and closing the app. I re-installed the app already, but problem remains.

Is this a known issue or any idea how to fix this ?
