Pushsafer has worked excellent for a very long time but since some time/(update?) I can no longer access the settings in the ”Dashboard” (With ”Device Groups” and other settings) from either an iPhone app nor from an iPad app. If I login from a Safari web browser on the same iPad it still works fine though. The problem exists in both App-rev 2.4.2 and 2.5.2 and I have iPhone iOS 13.1.2 and iPadOS 13.1.3. Restarting the app or the iPhone or even de+reinstalling the iPhone app did not solve the issue either. (It did though force me to redo a lot of Device groups settings in Safari after that as my phone got a new device-ID and due to that wasn’t a member of my Pushsafer Device Groups...)
When I press the ”cogwheel” symbol in the upper right hand corner of the app I do get to the ”Preferences” page but from there I cannot get to the Dashboard. When I select a language from the ”Preferences” page, either English or German, I end up with an empty white page.....(enclosed below) after seeing what I think is the correct ”Dashboard” page for 0,1 sec and then ”Please wait” or ”Bitte warten” for another 0,1 sec....somethings seems to be broken....?

Re: IOS App Dashboard access gone??
Hello,
for iOS and WIN10 i had do remove all external links to the pushsafer.com website (also Dashboard and Profile). Apple and Microsoft dont want that users can access pages with a third party payment service like PayPal and or page with advertisment of their competitors.
-> In future i will integrate the dashboard and profile > apple and microsoft conform
Your second issue (white screen i can not reproduce)! You see the preferences after you press the cogwheel, but you see a whitescreen after changing the language!?! After changing the language the app makes a quick restart to read the new language file. So i think the messages could not load correctly. What happens when you restart the app after the white screen issue (force closing the app)!
Regards Kevin

Re: IOS App Dashboard access gone??
Thanks Kevin for quick reply,
Then I know it was the ”Paypal-issue” that triggered the fact that I can no longer change Device Group settings using the iOS app, (which I do pretty frequently). I have to revert to web page login for that then as a temporary workaround. Good to know that I don’t have to continue searching for those settings in the app for now.
I’m sorry to hear that your excellent services short term were forced to a ”downgrade”. Hoping that most of the ”lost settings opportunity” will return in the app soon even though direct Paypal-links might not. I understand your issue.
To your question: -Yes, after killing/restarting the app Preferences are shown again in the new chosen language but the initial white screen directly when changing remains for me but I don’t see that as a major issue. I just thought there could be a link to the first issue which apparently was not the case.
Case closed for me now then and keep up the good work!

Re: IOS App Dashboard access gone??
Great to here that all works fine.
With the next update i want to put the dashboard and profil setting in the app again (apple conform) but the api purchases you have to do through the pushafer website.
