Guest looses registration

Hi

I have seen 2-3 times that my wifes iphone looses the registration in the app,
and i have to scan the QR code again. Her ID are 11522.

Hi Peter,

do you change / set back the Guest-ID in your profile?

If not, please delete the app from your wifes phone. Reboot the device and install again.

No i did not change anything regarding the Guest ID.

I'll try reinstalling the app, and let you know in a few days.

Hi again

Yesterday i deleted the app an rebooted iPhone SE. Then i reinstalled the app an registrated the guest again (id 11810).

This morning it recieved at push at about 08:00, but when my wife opens the app, it wants to register again ??

I receive the same messages on same type iPhone ID 11519 and have no problems opening the app.

can you register your wifes phone as a full access device, to check if this works correctly.

Hi,

No problems after registrating my wifes phone like a normal user like my self.

How to continue with the guest problem ?

try this: logout and register as guest again!
