the issue is fixed now!
I remove all non printable characters out of the message!

All works fine > thanks for your assistance

Tested - all working - thank you for the super fast response and fix!

One last question, the email sent has the correct formatting i.e. spaces etc.
The notification is all just one long line of the text. Is there any way to see it formatted?

Messages converted to plain text, to format the message you can use BBodes as discribed in the API

Yeah, now I get the notification but it doesn't popup on my dashboard neither in the android client. I can see the message on the notification...

No idea whats happening with the client app on my side though. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Is there a file or files I can go delete that stay over after uninstall?
