I don't know if is here for my new request but, I have some credit that I can't use anymore due to the phones attached are not used anymore. Can I get voucher for this ?

you can do this by your self.
Click on the edit icon next the device from where you want to transfer the api calls.
Scroll down to the transfer section.
Now select the device where the API calls are to be transferred.
