It means, that your device can not receive push notifications with my app.
Do you made any changes to your device! Updates!?!?!

Currently you have to reinstall the app, but i will try to fix the win 10 app as soon as possible.

Updates? Yes, probably, updates are coming in a few times a week.

I use Pushsafer myself with a Windows 10 Phone and Windows 10 Desktop PC> there are so far no problems. Even other customers have not been troubled by problems. But i will solve the issue!

you also can try this
- open Client App
- go to preferences
- scroll down and logout
- login again, should fix the issue
