Dear all,

Recently, we noticed that the colors of our notifications have started to change, even though we haven’t modified them in the console. Do you know how we could fix this issue?

How you send your notifications? Please provide some examples, i will take a look.

We are sending notifications through email aliases. In our JIRA, there is a script that sends notifications to a distribution group based on certain triggers. This distribution group contains email aliases for Pushsafer notifications.

In the attachment, there is a screenshot showing a few notifications that were displayed correctly. However, one notification appeared with a completely different color. All notifications were sent to the same distribution group.

As you can see, there are more notifications with different colors:

Please note that the color of the alias is ignored if the parameter with the email address is passed.
On the Pushsafer side, I can't find any problems.

but the yellow/grey color of icon is not even configured. How is possible that notification was that color.

We have only these notifications enabled.
