Undeliverable - Android Phone

Hello all,

I have one user that will get the message in the PushSafer app, but it will not vibrate, no audible notification, and no notification pop up on the phone. It will show on the dashboard that it is undeliverable.

I have tried everything on the FAQ for Android.

It is a Galaxy Z Flip 6 with ONE UI Version 7.0, and Android version 15.

Did you try to reinstall the app?

- delete the device from the dashboard
- delete Pushsafers app data and cache
- register the device again

Hello,

A new update (V3.6.1) has been released that fixes the issue with receiving messages on Android 14/15 devices.
Please test it and leave a brief feedback.
