Hi

When I receive a push message, that I need to reply on, when I press the button on the Phone, I receive the reply in the backend fast, but it take some time (5-10 sec) before the app, can be used again. I look like the app is frozen, until the is a reply from the push saver server that the message is received.
Is there anything I can do to speed up the app?

Is the problem still occurring?

We were the victim of a DDOS attack, which has already been mitigated. The problem may have been related to that.

I'm not currently experiencing any restrictions or performance issues.

At what time and time zone did this happen?
I just tested everything (iOS + Android), and every response was registered in under 1 second.

Hi, I have just done the test now again. the time is 15:32 UTC +2 (summer time) western Europe timezone

I did at test today at 15:32 western Europe time (UTC+2 sommer time) where the problem was pressent.

Is your internet connection unstable? The reply function is synchronous, so the app requires a response from the server before you can use it again.

I can change this to asynchronous in an update. However, if your internet connection is weak, the reply may not be saved correctly.

Hi

The internet connection is a 1G/1G fiber When I'm home, and 5G When I"m out.

It have always done that, in the time I have used it, so it has not builing up in time.

I May just live with it

Unfortunately, this behavior is controlled by the app itself. There's no setting to change this, but you can contact Pushsafer support to suggest asynchronous handling of replies so the UI stays responsive while the network call is complete in the background.
