Samsung S21 FE - Notifications

I’m paying customer, using the Android app.
Installed and allowed all required permissions.
Got notifications about 1 day and now didn’t get notifications, only the email.
Please assist.

its an known issue on android >=14 devices. I work on an update.

Currently you can try to enable the location permission.

hi any update? i have similar situation, got notification like 3-4 times but other ones are only in app when i refresh

A new update (V3.6.1) has been released that fixes the issue with receiving messages on Android 14/15 devices.
