Notifications not working after last Android update

today i've upload an update that fixes issues on Android 13 devices.
The Update is on review and should released in about 24 hours.

No, even the new version 3.3.5 does not fix the problem. Although all permissions are ok (I have also reinstalled the app, ), I need to open the app and retrieve the message from your server.

P.S. Why does the app need permissions for "körperliche Aktivitäten" and "Gerätestandort"?

Physical Activity is used to safe battery power. Only if the device locate an physical activity, the location will be tracked.

Please check if the issue persists on Android 13 devices or if Pushsafer works well.

The problem has been fixed with the current version in the Playstore. If problems still arise, the following points will help:
1. Delete app (clear app cache before)
2. Reboot device
3. Reinstall Pushsafer
4. In some cases, permission to receive push notifications needs to be enabled in the settings
> Settings > Pushsafer > Notifications > Enable

Das Problem wurde mit der aktuellen Version im Playstore behoben. Sollte es dennoch zu Problemen kommen, helfen folgende Punkte:
1. App löschen (vorher App Cache leeren)
2. Gerät rebooten
3. Pushsafer neu installieren
4. in manchen Fällen muss die Erlaubnis für das Empfangen von Push-Benachrichtigungen in den Einstellungen aktiviert werden
> Einstelllungen > Pushsafer > Benachrichtigungen > Aktivieren

Sorry for my late reply, But I don't get notification on mail from this forum.

The android version is 13.1

I have tried to do what you have written in your last post (clear cache, uninstall, reboot, install, and change permissions), but I still don't get any notifications on my phone.

Hi,

please open the android > Pushsafer App Settings and delete the app Cache.
Then delete the app and reinstall it from the store.

Pushsafer customers told me that this solutions works.

That did not do the trick... I have 2 phones (both onePlus 11 on android 13), and none of them is coming with a notification, after I have cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
