Option to allow critical alerts is gone

Option to allow critical alerts is gone

The option to enable “allow critical alerts“ under the notification settings for the pushsafer app seems to be gone on iOS 15?!
Probably due changes made but apple for the focus modes as introduced on iOS 15.

i use iOS 15.1 and the critical alert option is already in the notification settings.
If the issue persists, please reinstall the app!
