Continuous alert until confirmed

Hi,

I'm looking for functionality where I can send alert to someones phone which then keeps ringing until he/she has confirmed the alert.
Idea is to wake up administrators in the middle of the night in case of critical alert.

I tried to test this by setting parameter cr but it doesn't seem to work as I need it to.

Any advice?

Thats the right way. Use parameter cr and add a value from 10 to 10800 (seconds) in 10th steps.
Now Pushsafer send every ?? seconds a push-notification to this device until the user opens the app (confirm the notification)!

How you use pushsafer? API, eMail, eMail Alias or Link!

I tried exactly that.
If you can check messageID 11990436 > 30838
I used dashboard to send that message.
But I only received that notification once.

Just tested, works perfectly!

Your message already marked as seen so it will not be sent again!

Messages are marked as seen when you open the app, get the messages via API or Dashboard!

Hi,

I tried couple of times with no luck.
Messages:
2020-12-21 09:43:41 a 12060182 > 30838
2020-12-21 09:43:02 a 12060171 > 30838

Both cases alert rings only once in the phone even cr has been set to 10.
Could this be some setting in the phone?

What device you use? Android Version?
Try to send with priority = 2

please take a look at the api!

cr is the time in seconds to resend the notification!

min = 10, max = 10800, in steps of 10
